Introducing
Facility Portal for Providers
August 12, 2026
The Duet Care Facility Transportation Portal — or simply, the Facility Portal — gives your partner facilities a simple way to inquire about, book, and track rides with you, instead of coordinating through phone calls, emails, or messages.
Set up the portal
The Facility Portal is a web-based application available at facility.duetride.com. In the Duet WebApp, you can configure Facility Portal access and create user accounts for your partner facilities.
Where to find it
Menu → Programs → Accounts → Select or create a new account → Facility Portal Set Up
During setup, configure the mobility assistance types and payer accounts available to the facility. For example:
- If you select Wheelchair and Stretcher, the facility can request only those trip types.
- If you select Card or Cash/Check, the facility can submit reservations using only those payment methods.
How it works
The Facility Portal is built around two key features shared with the Duet WebApp: Reservation and the Map View.
Facilities create and submit reservations
Facility staff can create and submit reservations directly to you through the Facility Portal. Once submitted:
- The reservation appears in the Reservation table in your Duet WebApp.
- You receive a notification by text message and/or email.
- Trip details are locked for the facility. To change those details, they will need to contact you directly.
- Facility staff can still update the reservation's Note and Action fields.
Respond to the facility's action
When submitting a reservation, facility staff choose one of three Actions. In the Duet WebApp, you update the reservation action to respond, and your update is shared with the facility in real time in the Facility Portal.
Action 1: Book if available
Convert the reservation to a booking, or update the action to Cannot accommodate if you cannot provide the trip.
Action 2: Check only, do not book
Add the requested information, such as the trip fee, then update the action to Information provided.
Action 3: Discard
Just ignore the reservation. A reservation marked Discard by the facility cannot be converted to a booking.
Facilities track booked trips
Once you convert a reservation to a booking, facility staff can view booking status updates and track the trip through the Map View in the Facility Portal, similar to the experience in the Duet WebApp.
Questions?
The details — what facilities can see and edit, costs, and what's coming next — are in the Provider FAQs: Facility Portal.
