What's the difference between dispatch software and scheduling software?
Scheduling is the plan: which rider, which vehicle, which time — usually built a day or more ahead. Dispatching is running that plan live: reacting when a driver calls out, a rider cancels, or a same-day trip lands. Can it handle recurring dialysis schedules?

Does Duet do routing?
